To support your use of ComTag software, we might need to connect to your PC (with your permission) to check or adjust your settings. To allow this, you will need to install TeamViewer.
Click on the link above and download the version for your computer directly from TeamViewer.
Then RUN the file to install TeamViewer.
A screen will appear and NB select BASIC INSTALLATION and Personal/Non-commercial use. Ignore Advanced settings.
Then click on Accept/Finish.
TeamViewer will now be installed and you should give its ID and password to the ComTag help desk whenever it's required.
